Grand Gala Dinner 2024

INTRODUCTION

1.1 Just Global Markets Limited operating under the trading name JustMarkets is a Securities Service Provider Licensee regulated and authorised by the Financial Services Authority (“FSA”) in Seychelles (hereinafter called the “Company” or “JustMarkets”).

1.2 JustMarkets is offering its clients the opportunity to attend the “JustMarkets Grand Gala Dinner 2024” (hereinafter called the “Gala Dinner”) that the company is hosting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia given that the eligibility and other requirements set out herein are satisfied.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1 The “Gala Dinner” will be hosted on Saturday, 28th of December 2024, as per the details below:

• Gala Dinner Time: 18:00 - 23:30 (GMT +8)
• Gala Dinner Location: Kuala Lumpur

2.2 The “Gala Dinner” is available only for clients verified at the JustMarkets website or in JustMarkets application under Malaysia or Brunei Darussalam jurisdiction.

2.3 Subject to the section 2.2 above, registration for the “Gala Dinner” is open to all existing and new clients of JustMarkets who at the time of registration, and until the 20th of December 2024 at the latest have at least one (1) verified JustMarkets trading account with any base currency and meet the eligibility requirements set out hereinafter.

2.4 Registration for the “Gala Dinner” can be achieved through the official website of JustMarkets or through our official JustMarkets apps in the Personal Area.

2.5 Registration for the “Gala Dinner” is open from the 28th of October 2024 until the 20th of December 2024 at 11:59 PM (server time). JustMarkets reserves the right to close registration at the earliest date if no more seats are available.

2.6 A maximum number of six hundred (600) Eligible Clients who have met the eligibility requirements set herein will be able to attend the “Gala Dinner”.

2.7 Clients must be older than 18 years old and shall already have a verified real trading account registered with a valid email address, in order to be able to register and claim a seat in the “Gala Dinner”. The eligibility and attendance requirements to claim a seat in the “Gala Dinner” set out herein, apply and must be met.

2.8 One registration equates to one client, as the consideration is based on a ‘per client’ and not on a ‘per account’ basis. In the case where two or more clients use the same credentials, JustMarkets reserves the right to reject the registration form of the Eligible Clients who use the said same credentials.

2.9 Each client agrees that by registering for the “Gala Dinner” they express their free, prior and informed consent for the Company to process any personal data that they provide while registering. The data is collected and processed only to such an extent, which is necessary to administer and run the “Gala Dinner”. The Company shall disclose any data about registrants only to the extent stipulated in these terms and conditions. Each registrant has the right to withdraw their consent for processing of personal data at any time. However, such a withdrawal may at the reasonable discretion of the Company result in the disruption, suspension or termination of the client’s registration for attending the “Gala Dinner”. Personal data is gathered in compliance with applicable data protection laws and principles.

2.10 Photo and video.

We take photos and record videos at all of our events. Photos and videos are often used for marketing purposes (e.g.: posts on Twitter, marketing emails, etc). In order to exclude photos or videos of you from using in marketing materials please send a request to [email protected].

2.11 By accepting the Event’s terms and conditions, the participants acknowledge the Risk Disclosure available on the JustMarkets website.

SPECIFIC “GALA DINNER” TERMS

3.1 Eligible Clients who meet the registration requirements set out in sections 2.2 and 2.3 above, as well as all eligibility requirements set out herein, will be able to claim a seat for the “Gala Dinner”.

3.2 Subject to section 3.1, eligibility to enter the Lucky Draw, receive one (1) Lucky Draw ticket and win a seat to the “Gala Dinner” will be to all existing and new clients who at the time of registration, and from 28th of October 2024 until 20th of December 2024 at 11:59 PM (server time):

• have at least one (1) verified JustMarkets real trading account, with any base currency;
• have a minimum amount of USD 300 (or currency equivalent) as balance in their JustMarkets trading account upon registration;
• trade at least five (5) standard round turns lot with a requirement of minimum trade points of 5.9 pips (or 500 cent round turns) on Forex, Gold or Silver.

3.3 All seats will be available on a “first-come first-served” basis for the clients who meet the eligibility and requirements set herein. For example, if an Eligible Client meets the requirements mentioned herein to win a seat this does not guarantee a seat since seats will be available on a “first-come first served” basis.

3.4 Registration alone does not reserve or guarantee Eligible Clients a seat at the “Gala Dinner”. Only Eligible Clients who meet the requirements mentioned herein above and whose registration has been confirmed by JustMarkets via telephone (i.e, one (1) confirmation calls) will have the chance to attend the “Gala Dinner”.

3.5 Eligible Clients who will be attending the “Gala Dinner” will receive their ticket via email which they will need to have with them in printed or electronic form and present it at the entrance of the “Gala Dinner”.

3.6 Eligible Clients will be informed via email in the invitation letter about the Gala Dinner Location in Kuala Lumpur.

3.7 JustMarkets will not cover any accommodations and/or transportation expenses to/from the “Gala Dinner”.

Lucky Draw for Eligible Clients during the “Gala Dinner”

4.1 Eligible Clients who meet the eligibility conditions set in sections 2.2, 2.3, 3.2, and 3.3 above, as well as all the eligibility requirements set herein, will be able to participate in a Lucky Draw that will be conducted during the “Gala Dinner” and get the chance to win the prizes, as described in the table below.

4.2 The fifteen (15) Lucky Draw winners will be chosen via a Lucky Draw, during “Gala Dinner” on the 28th of December 2024 and will be announced the same day. The prizes will be delivered within one (1) month after the “Gala Dinner”.

4.3 In the event that the prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond Company control, then the Company reserves the right to change the variants or types of Lucky Draw items at our discretion. If a Lucky Draw winner does not accept the prize given during the announcement of the Lucky Draw winners, there will be no alternative prize and the winner will be deemed to have automatically given up the prize and the Company reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to an alternative winner selected following the same procedure (i.e., Lucky Draw).

4.4 All Eligible Clients who have accepted the Lucky Draw’s terms and conditions as mentioned herein, have the right to participate in the Lucky Draw.

4.5 By accepting the terms and conditions of the “Gala Dinner”, the Eligible Clients agree and consent to taking photographs, videos, and making a testimonial, as may be requested by JustMarkets. The Eligible Clients agree that JustMarkets has the right to use the images resulting from photography/video filming to only such extent as stipulated by these terms and conditions. The latter may include, but is not limited to, JustMarkets’s right to use the above-mentioned material for publication purposes on JustMarkets website and social media. Each Eligible Client has the right to withdraw their consent for processing of personal data and the material mentioned above at any time. However, such a withdrawal may, at the reasonable discretion of JustMarkets, result in the removal of the winner’s entitlement to the prizes.

4.6 The Lucky Draw is not open to JustMarkets employees and their relatives.

4.7 Ownership of the prizes shall be transferred to the Winner upon the delivery of the prize.

4.8 The condition for the delivery of the first prize, Mazda CX-5 2.5 Turbo AWD, is the signing of the Ownership restriction agreement with the Company. Within 1 year from the moment of signing such Agreement, the Winner is explicitly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Selling, pledging, hypothecating, offering to sell, contracting to sell (including, without limitation, any short sale), granting any option, right, or warrant to purchase or otherwise transferring, assigning or disposing of, directly or indirectly.
• Removing any branding or advertising materials affixed to the Car and is further restricted from adding any supplementary advertising materials or elements to the exterior of the Car.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS AND DISQUALIFICATIONS

5.1 JustMarkets reserves the right to reject any registration form if Eligible Clients engage in any prohibited trading activities, as described in Just Global Markets Ltd. 5.2 Clients who provided incorrect or fraudulent details during the registration for the “Gala Dinner” will be disqualified from participating in the “Gala Dinner”.

5.3 All Eligible Clients are permitted to only one registration per one (1) IP address. Multiple registrations from the same IP address are not permitted nor multiple registrations with the same details. In such a case, JustMarkets reserves the right to immediately exclude such persons from attending the “Gala Dinner”.

5.4 JustMarkets reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any registration of any Eligible Client for the “Gala Dinner” and reserves the right to prohibit any Eligible Client, who breach these terms and/or any of the “Just Global Markets Ltd. Client Agreement” set forth on JustMarkets website at the following URL : https://justmarkets.com/uploads/legal-documents/documents/seychelles/jm-sc-client-agreement.pdf from registering and/or participating in the “Gala Dinner”. In these circumstances, JustMarkets shall not be liable for any consequences of the registration and/or participation cancellation.

5.5 All Eligible Clients who attend the “Gala Dinner” are required at all times to maintain appropriate and respectful behaviour. JustMarkets upholds the right to disqualify and escort any Eligible Client out of the “Gala Dinner” at any time, whenever it decides, in its sole discretion and without justification, if the said Eligible Client’s presence and behaviour is disrespectful and inappropriate. The latter applies if the clients have not registered for attendance, or they have not been approved/confirmed.

5.6 Eligible Clients who have been disqualified and escorted out of the “Gala Dinner” event will lose their right to claim any prizes offered.
