Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

  • 1.1. Golden Diwali Trading Contest (Promotion) is open to both new and existing JustMarkets Clients with residence registered in Malaysia only.
  • 1.2. Clients must be older than 18 years old, shall already have a verified real account, registered with a valid email address and phone number, in order to be able to register and participate in the Promotion. The eligibility and participation requirements, set out herein, apply and must be met.
  • 1.3. This Promotion is available during the next dates:
    Registration Period: 7th October 2024 to 15th November 2024 (all dates inclusive);
    Contest Period: 15th October 2024 to 15th November 2024 (all dates inclusive).

  • 2. How to enter the Golden Diwali Trading Contest

  • 2.1. Only Standard, Pro, and Raw Spread accounts can participate in the contest.
  • 2.2. Trades on demo accounts do not qualify Clients to enter into the Contest.
  • 2.3. To participate in the Contest, the Client needs:
    • To register one or more trading accounts in the Contest, using a nickname in the "Bonuses and Promotions" section at the "Participate in Contest" tab.
    • To deposit at least 100 USD for an account within the Contest Registration Period. Accounts with deposits required for participation made before the start of the Registration Period or after the close of the Registration Period will not be accepted for participation in the Contest. Please note that the funds must be deposited as a single payment. The internal transfer of money from one account to another account is not considered as a deposit. Only accounts deposited with the minimum required amount can be registered in the Contest.
    • To trade 10 universal lots or more of XAUUSD during the Contest Period on real accounts that were registered in the Contest.
  • To trade 1 universal lot, it is necessary to open and close deals with a total volume of 100,000 USD. Please note that the value of instruments can vary significantly.
    Please see example:
    To open and close deals for 1 lot (100 contracts) of XAUUSD, it is approximately 265,000 USD.
  • 2.4. The volume traded on several trading accounts registered by the Client in the Сontest isn’t summed up, they participate separately in the contest.

  • 3.Selecting the winners of the Lucky Draw

  • 3.1 Clients who have fulfilled the conditions in clause 2.3 of these Terms and Conditions will take part in the Lucky Draw. The winners will be randomly selected using the Wheel of fortune after the end of the contest. The time and place of the Lucky Draw will be indicated on the website and in official social networks.
    Participants will be divided into three tiers in accordance with the volume of XAUUSD trading during the contest period:
    • - Tier 1 clients are those who traded 100 lots or more during the contest period;
    • - Tier 2 clients are those who trade between 50 and 99 lots during the contest period;
    • - Tier 3 clients are those who trade between 10 and 49 lots during the contest period.
  • 3.2. In the Lucky Draw there will be four winners:
    • - Tier 1 Prize : 15 gms of Gold (or money equivalent 1200 USD) - One lucky draw winner;
    • - Tier 2 Prize : 10 gms of Gold (or money equivalent 800 USD) - Two lucky draw winners;
    • - Tier 3 Prize : 5 gms of Gold (or money equivalent 400 USD) - Three lucky draw winners.
  • 3.3. Participants in the Lucky Draw are only eligible to win once in this Promotion.

  • 4. Conditions for receiving Prizes

  • 4.1. The list of winners will be published on the JustMarkets website and official social media pages within 10 business days of their selection.
  • 4.2. JustMarkets will notify the winners of the Lucky Draw by email and phone, which are specified in the Client's Personal Area.
  • 4.3. Winners must be available for communication within 10 calendar days from the date of winners announcement (via email and/or by phone). In case the Company is not able to reach the winner within 10 calendar days after the first contact with the winner, the prizes may be canceled.
  • 4.4. A Personal Area must be fully verified in order to get a reward. In case the winner does not pass the full verification within 7 business days after the winners announcement, the Company reserves the right to cancel the reward.
  • 4.5. JustMarkets will send Prizes during 45 business days after the last day of the Contest Period.
  • 4.6. The prizes can be exchanged with equivalence amounts., In the event that the Prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond Company control, then the Company provides a replacement for a money prize in the indicated money equivalent.
  • 4.7. The money prize will be credited to the balance of the winners' trading accounts, which participate in the Promotion during 45 days after receiving a response from the winner.
  • 4.8. The cash prize is available for trading activity or withdrawal.
  • 4.9. To start trading on an account that received the reward, a client must make a minimum deposit on this account (from 10 USD depending on the type of trading account and payment system) or an internal transfer of 10 USD from the account where the deposit was made previously.

  • 5. General

  • 5.1. By participating in this Promotion, Clients automatically give permission for JustMarkets to use their personal data (full name and country of residence) and photo with a prize in JustMarkets marketing activity, including posting information on the JustMarkets websites, social networks, and other Promotional materials.
  • 5.2. Each Client agrees to provide only real data (including, but not limited to full name, email, phone number). Providing fake data may result in disqualification from the Lucky Draw and Golden Diwali Trading Contest.
  • 5.3. In case of a match of IP address or personal data or other signs of accounts belonging to different Clients, such accounts can be banned from participating in the Promotion.
  • 5.4. There are no restrictions on the partner revenue share from the trading accounts that participate in the Promotion.
  • 5.5. The JustMarkets Company reserves the right to reject or disqualify any participant without explaining the reason, including, but not limited to opening big volume opposite orders with the same currency pairs in different trading accounts at approximately the same time, usage of failures in the quote flow for getting guaranteed profit or any other kinds of cheating which will be determined on the Company’s sole discretion.
  • 5.6. By participating in this Promotion, Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Client Agreement as published on the website of the JustMarkets Company.
  • 5.7. The Company reserves the right to change and update these Terms at any time, as well as cancel the Promotion without prior notice.
  • 5.8. Any situation not described in these Terms shall be subject to the Company's own discretion decision.
