Deposit

  1. Select "Deposit" from the Account Operation section of your Personal Area.
  2. Choose the trading account you would like to fund.
  3. In the "Deposit method" field, select "South Africa Local EFT Transfer (Ozow) (WT)", as well as the currency.
  4. Enter your phone number and bank account number.
  5. Select the document type and enter the document number.
  6. Choose the desired deposit amount on "Credit to account" and click the "Deposit" button to continue. You will be redirected to the method webpage.
  7. Select your bank in the "Bank name" field and log in with your bank credentials.
  8. Approve the transaction by clicking "Confirm".
  9. Wait for redirection to the Personal Area or force it by clicking "Redirect now".
  10. Deposit actions are now complete, and funds should soon be reflected in your chosen trading account.

Withdrawal

  1. Select "Withdrawal" from the Account Operation section of your Personal Area.
  2. Choose the trading account you would like to withdraw funds from.
  3. In the "Withdrawal method" field, select "South Africa Local EFT Transfer (Ozow) (WT)", as well as the currency.
  4. Select your bank in the "Bank name" field and enter your bank account credentials.
  5. Choose the desired withdrawal amount on "Sum to withdraw".
  6. Click the "Pin code" button to get the authorization code to your email. Fill in the code in the "PIN code" field.
  7. A transaction summary will be displayed. Click the "Withdraw" button to complete the withdrawal action.
